Okay, well i'm sorry if this has been answered before. I am looking into buying a 1991 LX Mustang Hatchback, and I curious on wether or not I can use GT bodyparts on the LX. For example a custom GT from bumper, side skirts, etc.? Also it is currently an automatic, and I want a 5 speed can it easily be converted? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes everything you said can be done 79-93 parts are all interchangeable with some minor mods.

if you arent a skilled mechanic, i would highly suggest getting a shop to do the tranny swap. me and my friend swapped an auto with a straight shift in an 81 and it there was nothing fun about it. the tranny swap also went with a 351 but he is a mechanic and owns a garage but it was still a pain in the ass. and yea, your ground effects will work. good luck
