Well my
stang has only been painted for a year and thepaint on the nose is already cracking. It is cracking and peeling in the passenger fog light hole and also next to the driver's side foglight. Plus my blue p[aint on the front is riddled with small chip marks from road debri hitting it. Plus the hatch was not properly aligned and it chipped the paint on the hatch when I shut it one time. And then there is the ever present door ding marks
Well I want to repaint it because I hate having to drive around in a car that does not look good. So I am trying to decide what color I want it to be. I am debating on painting it the color it is now( in my gallery) with sonic blue flames , sonic blue with white pearl "ghost" flames or else painting it a cobalt blue candy. The latter looks black in any light except fro direct sunlight. If I paint it that color I will have to make sure every ding and dent , deep scratch is smooth . If it is not smooth it will draw attention right to that spot and make the car look bad IMO. But I also do a lot of highway driving so it would mean that I will have to find a clear bra to protect the paint. I just cannot decide which color I want.
I have also thought of silver since it is a very forgiving color and does not show imperfections as much as the previous colors would.
