Default Anyone ever used PPG's HBE 400 Primer?

My local PPG distributer told me to use PPG's hig build epoxy primer ( HBE400) instead of PPG DP90 I wanted to use. He said that for my purpose of restoring my 68 coupe to a real nice daily driver and on a budget this product does the same thing at half the price.

I was wondering if anyone has heard of, or used this product?

Thanks

Ben
