I pulled mine off with just a screwdriver, it was pretty easy, and the holes are very tiny. Are you going to repaint the car or just want to debadge it for some reason. The holes are so small you wont really notice them, just dont spray water directly on them it should be ok, I havent had any problems with mine.

Any holes would be noticable

As far as I know, they do have positioning holes and the glue just holds it there. Unless you're going to use bondo and repaint, don't bother.

What about the GT logos on the fenders? Anyone know if they have holes too? And if not, what's the best way to get them off, and what other work will I need to plan on doing (ie. waxing, painting, etc..)

My 02 has holes in the fender. Had to learn the hard way. Re-attached everything of course. The 06? No idea......

Use a hair dryer to soften the adhesive and then use fishing line to get the emblems off. This way you don't have to worry about scratching anything....after the emblem is off use some goo gone or rubbing alcohol to get the additional adhesive off.

The previous owner of my car took off the ford badge and moved the rear GT over the holes. I'm not sure if the rear GT badge had pins also and it was patched/painted or not. Could just be adhesive (anyone else know?).
It would eliminate one badge at least.

the GT badge on the TRUNK has NO holes. Just adhesive. I sliced mine off with a small, thin card similar to a credit card. No heating, just went right through it. A little Goo Gone and some wax... like it nevah happened...... The GT badges on the FENDERS have TWO holes each. Big ones too so leave em alone unless you want some body work done.
