i was wondering if anybody knows if i have to change anything to put at gt front bumper on an lx nose and if so what.

You should just have to change the front bumper and take the plastic moulding off the lx fender. Then replace with the correct part from a gt fender. Its a bolt on moulding. The gt bumper is wider at the bottom of the fender. And a gt has a plastic filler that bolts to the fender.

So just where do you get those little pieces that go on the front edge of the fenders to match the GT nose piece???

I've looked and can't seem to find them.

You would have to pick some up from a used vehicle. LX has them also they are just different.
