 Question about interior
I recently got a zinc yellow 2002 Mustang GT. I want to make minor modifications to the interior, including a few billet pieces from UPR in the brushed finish. After having seen pictures of some other owner's yellow Mustangs as well as the 2005 GT-R concept from Ford Racing (I think), I have decided that I would also like to bring in some yellow accents to the interior. My problem is, I want to keep all the original interior equipment stock in case I ever want to put it back stock. Also, I want to limit it to pieces which can be fairly easily swapped. For those reasons, I don't want to paint pieces of my original interior. I would like to go to a salvage yard and take the pieces I want to paint yellow from a wrecked Mustang so that I can store the stock pieces for future use. I assume an '01 or an '03 interior should be pretty much a direct swap, but am wondering what other model years should swap. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
