I have a couple paint chips on my hood that are no larger the a quarter and i was wondering if the best thing would be to just get some touch up paint from a local auto parts store and put that on. If you could help me out with any ideas or suggestions that would be great

best thing for you to do is get the hood painted again if they are the size of a quarter thats big man id be pissed. Id just take the hood off go get it painted for $100 to $200 and call it a day. It would look 100 times better then going and getting some touch up paint and painting it like your doing someones nails thats not gonna work. My advice forget the touchup paint and get it painted over
