You mean the brake rotors? if so, just use the car.

its because they dont have a protective coating on them.(happens to most rotors) either take a air sander and lightly sand on the rotors or hand sand it i guess would work. or when you do your brake pads have the rotors turned and you will have a new cut on them making them look new.
