I was wondering if anyone happened to have the 2 tone colored dash. meaning the dark tan/ light tan that the 99-2004 mustangs had with the tan leather interior.

i was thinking about painting somethings but i dont want anything to look like crap on the light tan/dark tan dash. and going and changing the dash to black would throw off the rest of that car interior since its tan..

has anyone painted anything in a mustang with the interior like mine?

Painting plastic is a pain, it is better to have it dyed. Color dyes wont chip or peel. And will look almost as factory.
There are specialty dyes for car interiors, just do an internet search.
