Cobra Insert Yes, you wll need to cut out an opening for it. I installed one on my 87 GT and was suprised how easy it was. I purchased mine from Cervini's and it came with a template for the cutout. I used a jigsaw and dremmel tool to cut it out. (seems a little scary at first) One suggestion if you do install a insert, purchase some high quality stainless screws and install them on the top lip. (pre-drill first) This makes it more secure than just using the supplied double sided tape.
