My '04 V6's Drivers side headlight is full of condensation, are these sealed units? Whats the best cure guys???

Pull it out head it up with a hair drier until the condensation is gone let it set for a day inside the house or a very dry place then put clear silicone all around the light where it contacts the black back side and you should not have any more problems. Just think while you silicone :could water leak in here?
