How to repair console tears?

Hey everyone, I am a noob when it comes to vehicles and materials so I dont know what the material on this console is called, its from a 1976 Cobra II, its the console and it has a chip mark on it that I desperately want fixed. Here is a picture of it below.

If you can link me to a process on how to fix it, or tell me how to fix it I would much appreciate it, I wont put the console back in my car if I cant fix that blemish. I am currently re-painting all of the plastic on my vehicle as prep work for when I begin putting the interior back together.

Suppose noones got an answer; I saw a console on ebay that didnt have any tears on it so im gonnd attempt to pick that up ^^
