Just got the rear Aluminum Astro Hammond Louvers today. Did a test fit at work and got mixed reviews. Few comments were about the side windows and the rear windows being a bit 'too much', plus I'd like to add stripes in the future. I don't want my car looking 'ghetto', and I know I personally don't have the most refined taste in the world!! So, looking for others opinions on how they look. Be honest, please!! These are just layed on the window NOT mounted so you can see the corners are raised.
Not really sure how you think that looks 'ghetto' but whatever. It looks good, especially with the car being white. Don't spend too much time worrying about what others think. Some will like it, some won't. As long as you like it, you spent the money, your opinion matters most.

Posted this on a couple other forums, also, and everyone has had positive things to say!! So much relief!! I'll be mounting them today.
See, the wife is out of town, she doesn't know about these. Don't need her 'ok' on the money or the parts, but the last thing I want to happen is her to show up tomorrow and think I messed up the look of the car. She's supported me so far, can't let that go sour if you know what I mean.

Thanks! Well, wife got back in town, met her out in the drive and to my suprise she noticed the louvers and really like them!
As others have mentioned...the stripes will help even out the black a bit and add a certain 'flair' to the car. And those just came in the mail today!! Either I've got to get the nerve up or find someone that can install them!!
I like the louvers,it adds to the retro look...where'd ya get 'em-I might sneak them onto my wife's!!

I had to keep checking for quite some time before I found them in stock, said several week lead time, got mine in about 1 week. Good luck.
I like the look of the rear window louvers too. I'm thinking about getting them, but painting them white to match the car. Stripes may come later on. Looks good to me though!

I personally love the look of louvers on the 05+ Mustangs. I'd like to have a set of the Roush louvers because they're hinged to clean the windows. How hard is it to lift up the aluminum Astro Hammond louvers to clean under them. Their almost half the price so I'm real interested.
