Need Help! .. Dash cracked in my 1982 GT & want to make hood scoop functional?

I need a dash for an 82 GT I am restoring. The one in there is Red (sorta) and severly cracked. That is the only problem with the interior. The rest of the interior and console are in good shape.

Also is there a good way to make the scoop on these GT's functional? I really hate to have a scoop and not use it.

well, even though you say nevermind, California Mustang (cal-mustang.com) is making new dash pads...as for the hood scoop, I dont know, iwill need allot of custom fabricartion

It depends on what you mean by functional? Open and into the engine compartment or like a ram air?
