how do i make the 'slideshow' effect for my avatar?

well yea, the title pretty mch says it all... how do i make it so a series of pics show as my avatar? do i just copy and paste more than one pic into the 'avatar pic' box, or is it slightly more complicated than that? thanks for any help!

In the media forum there is a thread with many options, I chose Gif.com very simple, pick the 100x100 avatar then save file to your computer to upload instead of a photo.
