i need to generate a poll...

could an admin please help me with this? it says i do not have permission... do i need to be an administrator/coordinator to do this? thanks for any help...

ok well i couldnt quite figure out how to take a screenshot of this from the directions (im working on an apple-mac, that may be why; things are a little different...) but this is basically whats up: this is an attachment to wht it says excatly.
