Do you mean how to put it below your text in every post you make? That's your signature, you go up to the top of the page and click My Control Panel. In the drop down list, you click Edit Signature and that's where you put it.
Of if you want things on your profile page, you go up and click My Control Panel, then click on Edit Profile.

I see what he did, he added his mods to his profile comments instead of his signature.
Just cut and paste the information that had you put in your profile comments into your signature as described above.

I'm in the edit signature section, but I can't figure out how to change font, color, or add smilies. How do I do that? This site is so hard to navigate...
Once in the sign section it should look like below....
By highlighting your test and clicking on the 3 arrowed options, you'll be able to change the font, color and size of your text. To the right are the smilies.... make sure your cursor is blinking in the sig box and click on a smilie! Post up if you need more help, k??
