71 302 in a 68 body

I have a 68 mustang and I'm putting in a 71 302. The problem I have is the water pump on the engine is a left side intake and the radiator has a hose attachment point on the right side. Can I just get a water pump with a right side intake or do I have to get a 70/71 radiator?
