Help the new guy with avatars please

OK, not trying to be a pain here, but I read the other posts and there's no "my control panel" at the top of the page. How do I add an avatar? FYI running the new version of Safari on a Mac, not sure if that makes a difference or not.

No, that 3.8 avatar just appeared. I did manage to find it a few minutes ago, didn't know you had to access the control panel by checking private messages. Sorry for the bother.

I see you figured out how to upload the avatar but you don't have to access the control panel by checking private messages.

"My Control Panel" is in the top left side of your screen directly under the Home button in the Main Navigation Bar and below the AFM Logo.
