Default Recommend shop in FL to install gears

I want to install 4.10 gears in a 2006 GT automatic. I am looking for recommendations on a shop in either the Tampa, FL area or the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area (live in Tampa work in Ft Lauderdale, long story).
I checked with a dealership in Brandon, FL (Brandon Ford) and I was quoted $680 for the parts and installation.
Can anyone recommend a shop in the area for this, or do you think the dealership is a good deal?

Thanks

Its a bit away, but in Longwood Florida.. Lamotta Performance - Longwood, FL - 407.695.4549

a few of my friends had gears installed there.. one got a blower installed and him and another guy both got dyno tuned.. seems like a pretty solid place.. ive talked to Jake alot about blowers and what not and he was very helpful.
