Well, Title says most of it. I am in search of a good engine builder in South Carolina, preferrably closer to rock hill. North Carolina will work too, again, closer to Charlotte. I will supply 99% of the parts, Rods, Pistons, Crank, and what not. I just need someone who will do a great job and not charge an arm and a leg.

its not hard to do just time consuming well the bottom end isnt i live in fort mill if you decide to do it yourself ill help you although you may not trust me because im young ive helped my auto teacher rebuild his drag motor which hes raced with since then.

Too bad, I'm 2 hours further away and I've built more engines than I am years old. Some of them are still running and these are some I built in 1990.
