Hey anyone going to the spring grand rod runs. I won't get to go as i don't have my new coil springs and can't afford to get them. and can't go over darn speed bumps. but i'll be watchin the cars go by.
Im going to the run. That is if I dont get called into work..sorry to hear about your coil springs holding you up..Im in Newport,TN and it is about a 15min drive for me..Hopefully it wont rain again this year and keep some of the rides from coming out.
i hope to go, it all depends on work as to which shows i will be able to make. but i will go without my winter paint job (hubby had a shift change at work that didn't give us the tme to paint in our friend's paint booth, and now he is covered up with jobs!)

Anyone know of an other rod runs or cruise ins in the knox/sevier area?

I had 2 galaxie's 3 years ago both 64 the first one was black and found out after I bought it the frame was rusted.the 2nd was peacock blue I sold them both for a roadrunner .I still have the 64 390fe motor it's for sale http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/h...89/showpic.jpg
i was hoping to be able to go to the rod run to try to sell the galaxie, but wasn't given the time off to do it, so i'm doing craigslist with a bunch of tire kickers who.....negativity is not lady like.....it's a 64 with a toploader 4 sp, and parts to turn it into an XL car. it's nice, but i want my mustang more than a galaxie

I wanted to go but my daughter has a soccer game and I may take her to the UT game or the movies. It's my week end. She likes mustangs and I may ask her if she wants to go. But by the time I get up there I'm afraid I will here this I'M BORRED I WANT TO GO HOME. She's 13yr old.
