I just got back from Nashville yesterday. Kind of cut my trip short, but not for wanting too!
You folks in Nashville ROCK! I have not had that much fun in a very long-ass time! We found our selves downtown Saturday nite hanging out at Legends, The Stage, and numerous others. But by far the best place had to be Tootsies. There were soooo many people in that place. Some of the friendliest women on the face of this earth!! (By the way thank you ladies!) I understand it was Fan Fare the whole week before we got there. At around 2:00am Montgomery/Gentry showed up at Tootsies after they gave their concert, sang about 4-6 songs then split. We didn’t get out of there until 3:30 Sunday morn. WOW! What a time we had
We where told if we got back downtown that we need to check out “Bourbon Street Blues” Well Tuesday nite we got that chance. Again some of the friendliest people I have ever met! And some of the best damn Blues I have heard!
Nashville made me feel very welcome. I will be returning. Perhaps next years Fan Fare
