Default looking for mustang shop in northern alabama(Huntsville) or surounding areas

hi all i recently did a 1997 v6 to a 1999 gt swap and it is up and running, but we have ran into a little problem. i think something got into the engine and tagged the spark plug and now there is this ticking sound when i accelerate hard, i cant tell if it is from an exhaust leak or a valve tap.

what i do know is i really want to take this to someone who knows alot about the mod motors and take a look at it
if you know a good shop in north alabama or even south tennesee please let me know

thanks
