Does anyone know of a good racing shop or tuner in the Atlanta area I could use to plan and install some performance and suspension modifications on my 2006 Mustang GT? I've considered Kinetic Speed Shop, but I'd prefer a shop with Mustang experience. Any suggestions?

Where in the ATL - area?

North -MPH, Modular PowerHouse Performance. The shop the KB 4.6s built.
South -ALLSPEED, getting into the Mustang world from the BMW (European) arena.
Those 2 I can speak for as I've had work performed at both with complete satisfaction.

However, of the two the best is MPH but the wait may be excessive because they are good and they remain busy.

Proline engines in ATL built a 96-98 cobra 4.6 with a 76 mm turbo and there's some underground car club where your not aloud in unless u have a minimum of 1000+hp..and he went up there and slapped 5 grand to race some car don't remember what kind but he beat it by a few lengths would have been more but he ran outta gear only having a t5...and the guy that owns it now lives in my town...and last i heard he's makin over 1000hp on a 86mm turbo running c16 race gas...
