I was going to class and the school parking lot is terrible and a car cut me off so I ended up taking a bumper off a parked Mustang (I am not a bad driver at all). I'm not exactly sure what year it is, but I am guessing it is somewhere around the 2004 models. It didn't do anything to my truck, but basically ripped the bumper off the Mustang. I had a test-that I showed up late to because of this-so I just left a note with my name and number on it. Just wondering if y'all know around how much it would cost to get the bumper fixed. That is the only thing it did to that car, nothing else got messed up.
Well it really matters how this mustang guy/girl feels toward you after this incident. Because if they say just give me like $500 and I'll find a bumper on craigslist then you're good but if they say I want you to get me a brand spankin new bumper from my local Ford dealership then lets just say your wallet is probably gonna be hurting. Too bad that idiot cut you off man.

Oh Also do a price check between Bat autos and Milstead v seen a few Mustangs in bats so Im sure theyve got greater knowledge of them, thus allowing them to do the work faster and cheaper.
you could always try www.certifit.com they have distribution centers all over the place.
good luck!

Thanks guys. I'm hoping the guy/girl is cool about it and won't want to contact insurance or anything. They positive is some kid hit me with his golf card (my truck was parked and he was full speed, it did a number, which was parked as well, on my front bumper) a few months ago and I still haven't cashed the check yet so I can use that money to cover that.
I am not very happy (really mad about that car that cut me off-her or the mustang had to make a decision), but just hoping that they are cool about it, since I did the right thing by leaving a note with my name and number on it.
well hopefully they werent driving mommy or daddys car cause then you might be in trouble also if its a girl no offense to the ladies but if its a girl most the time they are gonna ask daddy what to do and go through insurance. if your lucky its a kid who owns his mustang

myself i always go through the insurance and use factory parts on any type of body work, strickly because of the warranty on the paint . did you write the plate number of the car down and contact the school office since it happened on thier property ? i've seen many student lose thier parking permits because of a non reported accident . hope it all works out for the good of everyone
