Default Seeking mechanic in Phoenix region

Had a small boo-boo of sorts, need to get everything underneath checked out to ensure nothing is broken. I normally don't take my car to mechanics (haven't needed to) and have no idea who would be good.

Thanks guys.

Default Fix your boo-boo

There are way too many mechanics to choose from in Phoenix and far too few that are really good with a reliable reputation. The old addage will ALWAYS hold true, "you get what you pay for". With that being said, AMP Performance (All Mustang Performance) in Tempe or Chuck's Speed & RV on the west side of the Valley. AMP would be the way to go cause in my opinion, no one else around here would know better about Mustangs no matter what your problem is. Hope that helped, Shooter

I have purchased a lot of parts from AMP over the years. As a matter of fact, my front clip came from them. Ask for Tom Thompson when you call.

I too have bought a bunch of parts from the All Mustang guys. I've heard good and bad about their service work though. Bob runs the wrecking yard and Tom the new parts store and service dept. Good luck, Ken.

Troy Clark owner of Modern Auto is very good at diagnosing and doesn't just start throwing parts at a symptom. He's a very experienced gear head type of guy and honest to a fault. He also has all the best diagnosing equipment.

Thumbs down AMP prices crazy?

They quoted $1200 to install 4.10 gears in the rear. That is higher than I have heard anyone else paying. Is there a decent place in phoenix that charges less?
