It would really be helpful if under the date column in the classifieds it actually showed a date that the ad was submitted. It shows time of day, but no date of any type.I notice that some of the ads have replies to them that are 6 mos or so apart? It would also be helpful if sellers would delete their ad if possible or mark it sold after they have sold it. Thanks.

Yes it is still on our list of items to fix. We will be upgrading our classifieds software in the near future to the latest release and intend to tackle it at that time, if not before.

Oh yah, what does the current date represent, its in a format like 17:40 or something like that. Never seen a date written like that.

Happy to report the Classifieds date column now shows date ad was submitted. The date showing on the category listing page as well as the show product page are both the date the ad was posted. Date posted is the same as date submitted.

We have automated the process of removing older/expired ads. Once the requested run period for the ad has been reached, it is now automatically deleted. ie: 3, 7, ... up to 90 days then deleted.

A number of other enhancements have also been made to our classifieds section. Check it out to see all of the improvements yourself.
