Default for those who really drive their cobras

I own a 2003 cobra.we drive the hell out of this car.Its our daily driver let alone our only car.we have now 208,000+ miles on it and it still runs great, and drives like new without any rattles.I like to here if some other people out thier arent afraid to drive thier cobra without worrying about miles/value of the car.I didnt buy this car just to resell it later,I brought this car to go fast.Ive owned a 1986 olds 442 and retired it with 850,000 miles and still everyone wanted to buy it.I think the cobras will still hold a value just for what they are.bad to the bone

Way to go. I agree, they're meant to be driven and driven hard.

You know - I just had to respond to this post... It's a fact that I baby my car - a bit too much and it's been on my mind quite a bit lately....

The commercial for the movie "bucket list" - one of the guys says to the other who is admiring a Mustang "Are you gonna drive her or buy her a dress?" I nearly died... it's so true though... Way to go!

I agree. I have an '03 Cobra and from about April/May to about October I drive the Cobra almost all the time. I bought her a year and a half ago with 31K and she's got a little over 70K now. I bought it to drive and to enjoy. I also take it to shows over the summer too. That'sa ton of mileage you've racked up on that Hotcobra03, but I'm sure every mile driven was well worth it. Good luck with the car and hope you have it for years to come.

I'm so with you!!! I bought my cobra over 2 years ago, with 90k on the odometer it now has 126k. I drive it everyday, rain or shine. I keep it clean though and won't drive it in the snow but I did NOT buy this car to garage it or to resell it either. I bought it to drive the aboslute hell out of it. I don't make payments on it every month to sit and look at it. I show it off and drive it like it is meant to be driven.

I must say 208,000+ miles...that has to be a record for 03-04 Cobra's. I am at the opposite spectrum concerning mileage. It would take me 26 years to accumulate that much mileage with my daily driver (not my Cobra). Only drive about 8,000/yr.

I don't get out much

Oh wow, thats great, supercharge it and see how many miles you'll put on that. You'll find any reason you can to drive the car. Enjoy.

Assuming he is talking about a 03-04 Cobra, they come factory equipped with a supercharger.
