I have just been offered 10K for my 95 mustang cobra. Its all stock except for new rims and tires. I was thinking about selling it and then buying a 96 or 97 cobra. What do you guys think? Is it worth it to sell?

I forgot to mention that I plan on modding the car that I end up with. I want to reach 400-450 rwhp. Which car would b the best for modding and which would be more expensive?
