well guys, my luck ran out. I heard that trooper was out to get me from one of the city cops I know so me and a friend stripped off the tint tonight. I almost cried. It doesn't look that bad though. kinda glad to put the whole mess to bed. pics are up in my gallery if ya wanna check it out. I'll have more up later.

yeah.. thats a bummer, looks like you got rid of the tint on all windows. why not just the driver and passenger side windows?
in CA only those are not allowed to be tinted. others can be limo tinted.

The problem is that you are too pretty. Your window tint has been preventing the police from enjoying looking at you when you are in your car. No wonder they forced you to remove it.

haha well in nc in a car all of the windows have to be 35 percent. trucks and suv's don't matter how dark the back windows are, but in a car it matters. which sucks!

Boy... that was kinda being hit on wasn't it... And yup, NC is picky when it comes to tint. I got caught one time at night right before Christmas, and it was raining. The guy said I had 97% blacked out... wth? If it was that much, I couldn't see out of it dude, it's night and raining... he just gave me a warning and I changed it later on.

Ya they are really strick about it in nc, ive been lucky and havent had any problems (knock on wood).

well ya'll better be careful. apparently cops are lookin for tint now. and if I can't get out of a ticket, they must be crackin down. I got a street racin ticket dropped for cryin out loud...lol

Its always good to follow the laws in the long run because sooner or later it will cost you twice as much to redo/fix not including fines.
