I want to get a CAI and cat back or Converter back exhaust, any recomendations. Do these require a computer flash as well. I want something loud but not obnoxious, and was looking at flowmaster 40's

If you are going to take your converters out yes of course you will need a tuner or MIL eliminators.
Magnaflow and Borla make a nice mid volume cat back, but the borla is quite a bit more! Did you hear the new Flowmaster Super 44?
I just ordered the JLT CAI, SCT X3 Tuner, JBA ceramic shorties, Mac O/R Pro Chamber, and the Borla Stinger Cat Back (VERY AGGRESSIVE). Should have it all together in a few weeks and dyno'd before and after. (Will post the numbers when I get them)
