 RPM Outlet's Motoblue Gen X cog belt sytem???

Anyone check this out any further?? Looks and sounds like a sweet setup, but I talked to someone there that said the setup would increase boost to at least 14 pounds depending on which lower crank pulley is chosen. Would I need anything else besides obviously the pully puller tool? Can I tune the car with my diablosport predator? Would I need larger fuel injectors for 14 pounds of boost? Any help would be MUCH appreciated! Thanks in advance!
