What tool is best used to remove the rear transmission support brackets?

I am attempting to remove a manual transmission support barcket and the bolts will not loosen, what would you all suggest?

spray them with wd40 an let them sit for a littlle while then use a breaker bar
good thing is usally the hardest part about changing a tranny or anything else on a older car is the disassembly and replacing the parts that you just cant reuse
