Still on the whole Cobra question kick about the one I'm picking up this Saturday lol. Assuming the HP rating is really 430 and not 390 like most websites say, about how much RWHP will my Cobra have with a K&N cold air intake and a Magnaflow cat-back exhaust?

i got 470 rwhp with 2.81 pulley, tune, cat back, tb and cai....if that helps. ahh the good ol days...start moding it and it wil never be enough..lol

with an air intake and exhaust mine made 410whp/388wtq. My dad also has a an 03 vert and he made 392whp/387wtq.

The websites that you have seen have underrated the Terminator, they don't take the fact that when the Eaton mill is up to full stream, it produces around 425-430hp. At the the rear wheels they usually put down anywhere from 370-380 that I've seen stock. You will probably see around 410-415rwhp.
