Hey i was just wondering if there were any differences between the 03 and 04 cobra. and what you think about them overall? thanks

Some of the 03's had a head tick issue. That was eventually taken care of. The door lock on the driver side is black on a 03 and silver on the 04. The only major addition to the 2004 model was the introduction of Screaming Yellow (replacing Zinc), Competition Orange and the optional Mystichrome paint scheme. The Mystichrome appearance package included a unique color-shifting exterior paint that was meant to be an improvement to the Mystic paint offered for the 1996 Mustang Cobra. The Mystichrome interior seating featured a unique color-shifting leather that mimicked the exterior paint. There may be other small differences that I can't recall at this time. I'm sure someone will chime in and fill in the blanks. Overall, its a great car!

Someone asked this question about a week or two ago, if you look through this you'll find some good info.
The head tick issue was in 03 and 04, same with some Mach 1's. The real fix/heads were made by Ford in 2005 and can only be bought. i want to say around $3K for the set.
Also, they are Great cars and best bang for the buck. Stock they have great power, simple mods and tuner and you can have about 430-450rwhp.

some of the first 03s the center vents had an "off" feature... on the center console.

03 vs 04 - aside from color batches not very much difference. The )04 did have a different program that skirted around the gas guzzler tax (I have an 03)
