Hey Cobra people, a friend of mine from work as an '03 Cobra. He says it doesn't have stock pulleys (dont know the specs on them), or stock exhaust, and it has lowering springs. What are some of more common/recommended mods that he should look into? Also, what suspension mods would he need to eliminate wheel hop?

Here's what he needs to get to eliminate the wheel hop Cobra Stop The Hop Package - '99-'04 Ford Mustang Cobra

Intake, Pulley (There are many many differen't combo's to choose from) He should not exceed 15lbs of boost on an unported blower. However if he chooses to have it ported he will be able to push out as much as 17 psi on the stock eaton. Exhaust and intake are also mods the 03-04 cobra's love. Last and surely not least he MUST have it dyno tuned and the air to fuel ratio checked or he can run the risk of detonating his engine (you should have this done anytime you modify your cobra). Further mods include kenne bell/ whipple superchargers and twin turbo kits You can easily push 800+ horsepower out of the stock engine
