On a 03-04 cobra do u have to reprogram ur computer with a handheld tuner like a hypertech or a diablosport in order 2 run with a x-pipe or an h-pipe?

I would say no to that question for the 03 and 04 Cobra. You will have to if you go to a smaller pulley. LOL

You won't have to do anything for it to run normal but if your CEL comes on, if you get the offroad one, you'll need the tuner to turn off that part in the tune. sometimes with an offroad it'll come on and sometimes it won't. you could use the handheld to clear the cell and it might come back on or it might take a little for it to come back on. If you haven't bought a handheld, get SCT Xcal2 or 3, then tell them all your mods so they can add that on the initial tune they put on there.
