Default Slotted vs Crossdrilled

I'm running Powerslot slotted rotors now and thinking about putting some Baer crossdrilled/slotted ones on. I think they look great but stress cracking is a issue. According to the tech dept, they will not crack any faster than a slotted or regular rotor. Its based on how you brake the car and how often. While I agree, a buddy of mine has crossdrilled and his has stress cracks and is a daily driver, not track use. So what do you think?

I have the Powerslot Slotted Rotors on the front of my 99 Cobra and I'm happy with them, why spend that kind of money for little gain? If you don't have SS brake lines yet do that switch and you'll be surprised with the better feel.

Looks are the only reason. I already have the lines and better pads.
