my 1995 cobra vs. 1999 gt

hey i got this friend that has a 99 gt and he wants to run them he has heads(not sure wat though) cold air intake, x-pipes, with 373 gears,,,and not sure if theres anything else done to it

...i got shorty headers,cold air intake, so wat do yall think i got a chance or not??

I hould think that your cobra would be better. The 4.6 is a great motor but the gt is just a 2v. just my .02

i didnt get to race hom last nite it started to rain then snowin... so it pro be later on in the week when i race him...

If your snake is stock and his GT has those mods it might be a close race.

well we r ganna race this weekend hopefully and he done raced my car once but it was the guy that owned it before me and he beat himby two car lengths.

but i want to race him my self though so hopefully we'll find out

well we cant race tonite cuz its rainin.... but i found out tht he has 4;10 gears so how much difference will it make.?

he wouldnt race me last nite???

and i also found out he has a bigger intake and under drive pulleys on his car???? he's scared to race in front of a bunch of ppl and he wouldnt race the 2001 cobra tht i raced either he was callin him out lol....... but he said his excuse was tht he when he switched from his 17 rims to 18 it slowed him down???? i dont think the rims would slow him down like tht spec wit 4 11 gears???

if i'm wrong some1 tell

he probably doesn't have his mis mash of parts tuned worth a dime...to start fooling with heads and intake requires some real expertise, 18s would make little difference in overall accel or speed compared to 17s
