Default Anyone have electric exhaust cutouts on a cobra?

I have a 2004 Cobra with stage 4 comp cams, longtube headers, custom exhaust with electric cutouts. I was just wondering if anyone else has cutouts on their Cobra and if they are satisfied with the cutouts? I'm starting to think of going back to an aftermarket midpipe.

I heard it can make it sound mean but that's about all. Why are you thinking about going back or taking them off?

How do you like those stage 4 cams?

Well, before having the cutouts put in, my car had a great sound through a full exhaust. But with the cutouts, I can't get everything to seal and it constantly sounds like a bad exhaust leak. As for the stage 4 cams, I was a little weary about putting those in because I drive my car daily and I didn't want it to jerk at low speeds. But, the place that tuned my car did an amazing job tuning it, and it doesn't jerk at all. Therefore, I love them. I put in Comp Cams P.N. 106460 if you are looking into getting cams. You won't regret it unless you drive your car for gas mileage!

Yeah, I know it doesn't seal right. The butterfly valve is metal closing onto metal. I'm thinking of just taken some gasket maker silicone and putting on the seal face of the butterfly valves. I'm waiting to hear from QTP, they keep giving me the run around though.
