I know that sounds bad and I still can't believe I did it. Even after a couple of weeks I am still in shock. But not to worry we just bought my wife a 09 GT vert. This will keep busy until I get the new GT 500. So I am not to upset, but I still miss my Cobra.

hope u got a good price for all that u've done to it, and all the time you've put into it. seems like that would have been a nice car!!! good luck w/ the vert and the gt500

Did you sell it with all the goodies or put it back to relatively stock? Did it stay local or go bye bye?

I sold it with everything on it. I actually sold it to a guy in VA. I put it on ebay, thinking I would have a few days to even think about letting it go. To my surprise I sold it in less than 2 hours. I even sold it for just under full asking price. I thought I priced it just high enough to where I could entertain offers. The guy offered me $25,000 and wired the money the following day. I waited until my bank verified the funds and arranged to meet him in Bristol. But like I said I have my wife's 09 GT vert to keep me busy for a while. I actually installed a set of Eibach springs and 20 inch Foose wheels on it this weekend. Looks great! Now if I can talk her into letting me put on a KB or Hellion turbo kit.
