Hello. one of the guys in my car club has a 94 cobra, and the third brake light in his spoiler has some bulbs that are burned out. he is trying to find replacement parts for this. does anyone know anything about this. since this is not my car I can't even try to get a part number for him. but I know that you guys will come through for me. thanks in advance

Actually, I also had to fix this. They are LEDS, but they are not regular old LEDs. They are called flux-LEDs, they are small, square chips with a tiny bulb in the middle, but they are VERY bright. It will be difficult to replace them exactly. I just replaced all mine with regular LEDs and changed the resistance to match my new LEDs. I had to drill the holes larger to fit the standard LED, but its been working nicely for about 3 years now.

this part is difficult to find since they are only on Cobras. They are very expensive brand new, but I have seen them on ebay every now and again for a reasonable price. This is probably his best bet if he doesnt want to rewire all new LEDs. Let me know if you need more info, I can help out.
