Default Heat vent fix up

Has anyone repainted, or modded the hood vents on a 03-04 Cobra? Mine have a touch of fading. . . Cheap plastic. . .

I'm wondering if maybe some Trim Shine or Armor All would work. I tried scrubbing my old ones with soapy water and a toothbrush. Looked better, but still a little faded looking.

Check out this link:
Fore Precision Works, LLC
I saw this on an 04 Cobra at the Mustang 45th anniversary. It looked sick on the car. They aren't cheap but they are machined aluminum.

I got a set of these last summer. You have to do a small amount of trimming (atleast I had to) to get them to sit flush.

Yeah Fore Precision has alot of awesome stuff for our cars. Thier fuel rails and rear end covers are sick too. As soon as they have one for the IRS, I'm buying one.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the info! I'm going to wait on this mod until I get the OEM body pieces painted and put on my car, but I have this bookmarked! Luckily, my room mate's dad backed into it, and is paying for some of my paint job lol. Good thing he messed up the front bumper I was replacing anyways! Friggin body kits. . .
