if you know some mechanics, should take the whole weekend, if nothing elses arises. The easist way would to buy or borrow a engine hoist or cherry picker. hook to the engine and take the suspension/k member off..Brakes, springs and a arms (a arms to lighten the k memeber when it comes down or goes up, also before removing the a arms, pull the bolts out that hold the steering rack. then the a arm bolt will come out easier. Swap out the headers, then reverse for the k memeber and suspension. It's not that hard to do. just be safe and take your time. I just dropped my K member on the Cobra to add a tubular k memeber. not the first k member swap or dropping the K memeber. To me, it's easy.
