so just by looking at the pics and the info given, how much do you think i should pay for the car?

its hard to say with the limited info they provide.the info they gave is standard sales bs and not specific to that car.from a dealer that probably picked it up from an auction I would start somewhere around 17K and go from there.but find out more about the mods it has,accidents,tire condition,maint. records... you know the rest

Personally I'd look for a car someone spent a ton of money modifying and is dumping in the bad economy, no use buying stock if you don't have to
