Default just bought a 1997cobra
hey every body i just bought a 97 mustang cobra today. black with a tan leather, flowmasters with a 4.30 gearing.

1996 mustang base model 5 speed( the beginning of it all)- sold

1978 cobra II black/primer 5.0 HO 302.
see you later coppers!!!( much respect for this car) - sold

1997 mustang cobra black 4.30 gears bassani O/R x...( way to fun!!!) - current

man, this car takes off like a rocket. what is the first most easy mod(other than CAI)

Another cheap good one you can do your self would be getting a O/R Mid pipe. Free up some horses and make it sound aggresive.

Remove weight. It's free. Every 100 pounds is a car length in the quarter. Start with the spare and jack.

+1 on the weight, one of the worst things is the driver seat, put in a lightweight version and you'll feel the car move better, I have Sparcos in my Cobra...awesome

now that i have been driving it for 7 days it dosent seem as fast as it was.... i have seafoamed it , is that a prob.

seafoam it is not a problem.may be that you are getting use to it.the reason for 3 seconds dragsters to exist.

Good fine i seafoamed mine and it stumbles a little maybe not seafoam im trying the plugs
