Question 1993 Mustang Cobra?

Well as with every used cars you find problems along the way. When i got the car i changed the serp belt due to the fact half the belt wasnt there and decided to change the tensioner pulley while i was there. I noticed while im trying to find what heads i have on it that the serp belt keeps rolling back on the a/c pulley. I looked at the alignment and think it may be off. But looking at it i dont see any adjustments to set the a/c compressor back. Anyone have any ideas on what may be going on?

it's possible the clutch/pulley may not be on all the way. have you used the a/c ever and know whether or not it works?
