Got a question,my dads friend is selling his 03 cobra its been sitting for 3 years in a storage place and its really dirty inside and out,and it needs an oil change and a new fuel filter.It comes with some extra parts like extra wheels and a whipple blower and some other small stuff.also he is going to give me cobra wheels and two sets of tires for my car for free.He said name a price for it he dont care! He cant drive anymore he has some health problems,also has a 99 cobra for sale to,So how much should i buy it for or whats everthing worth? thanks

Obviously, the value of a car differs by location and we don't know the mileage, condition, etc. But I'd hop on that. Is the Whipple on the car now? Around here, decent 03-04 Cobras with reasonable miles go for anywhere around 18k-24k, depending on condition, etc. Though, cars tend to be a bit more expensive in our area. Check out some local ads to see what they're going for, give him a reasonable offer and promise to give it a good home.

An 03 Cobra with a Whipple is gonna have lots of others Mods like Fuel System, Injectors, etc.. This car could be worth as much as $23-24K depending on the miles! And being dirty isn't an issue as long as the paint isn't beat up and the carpet and seats aren't badly stained! I'd love to check the Cobras out, any pics you can share?
its got 8000 miles on it and the whipple is still in the box its just dusty thats it no defects in or out,im going to see them soon again i will take some pics.i was thinking 15g he really wants it gone. and my stang needs a new friend lol

Overall fair price for him Blue Book 15-16K
Great Price for you 9-11K or anything lower

I think he can pull it off. We all agree that there is a lot more value in all the stuff he is selling including the cobra BUT he has no intention of having the package presentable to buyers. Unless he runs across a real car / mustang enthusiast no one will really truly consider giving him more than blue book for the car no matter how many parts and goodies come with it.
Of course after thinking about it... due to the extremely low mileage I think you may have to get closer to blue book to be fair.

he wants to sell it to me and my dad for cheap cause he knows that we will take care of it and i already have a stang and im not some person just to take a high hp car and go crazy in it,im probably going to start at 10 and work my way up,like i said he really dont care how much he gets for it,he just wants somebody not to trash it.so close to my dream car lol

I don't know where your getting those numbers from but an 03 Cobra with 8K miles WITH a new Whipple Charger in the box is worth a HELL of as Lot more than $15K, and $9000 is a complete insult, even $15K is,if the OP can get it for that it IS the DEAL of the CENTURY!! I wish he lived in Florida!!
