My production number!

I found today that my 97' Cobra was #2810 of 6961 and was manufactured on 01/22/1997. I am so proud and am sending for certification. SVT is very easy to speak with and I feel we have an advocate on our side when anything comes up. I have called them twice and I am impressed with the care they provide with any question that is asked of them.......Can't wait to post pic when I get my car back from paint shop.....

Very cool, congratulations on finding out your number. I personally have not contacted SVT for i have no reason to. But that is cool that SVT is so easy to speak with =)

SVT will send you a certificate as soon as production for 2003 ends. You can try calling SVT and seeing if they know the production # for your car, but the final # of 2003 Cobra's wont be known untill the end of the run.

Kewl thanks. I am getting a friend of mine who works at a sign shop to make me some labels for the visors with the production number.

call 1-800-367-3788 and have your vin number handy. If you fax over registration they will send you your cars certification. I am going to fax mine first chance I get. My car is getting paint now and I'm dying to get it back. I live in the desert and the sun and wind can be extremely harsh on your cars finish....

It takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get it after you fax them your info. Right about the time you forgot you requested it, it shows up. Very cool indeed. Best of all its FREE!

When I bought my 2003 Cobra SVT Conv. last year I was automatically enrolled in the SVT owners club, I get free magazines, hats, shirts,key chains,etc. And I recently received a number certificate from them mine is #123 . It's 8X10 size and is really nice.

$40 a year. First year is free with the purchase of any SVT product. I got my certificate last week #2527

I got my number this week mine is #1843 of 8394 made it says. I guess the verts are seperate thats why the total says only 8394 but am not sure.

yes, svt are more than willing to help out with any problems you may have... they gave me a new motor when i had probs at 5k. so i have no complaints with my #3422 of 3867 if i'm not mistaken for 2001 coupe

I have since call them with a tech question. I would like you all to know they were very helpfull and a pleasure to deal with.
